UFHN Ltd were tasked with the complete design and installation of Phase 2, a brief that consisted of 73 luxury independent living apartments over 11 blocks, a refurbishment of the existing coach house building and 2 listed lodges.

Working closely with the main contractor and M&E Consultant, UFHN Ltd used their expertise to work with a specific acoustic system, ensuring attention to details and expert workmanship .
