Set over 5 floors, the townhouse will have underfloor heating throughout, the bottom two floors uses a standard screed system, whilst we’re installing MERCURY Elara to the upper 3 floors, a floor system specifically designed for joisted floor applications. The result is an efficient and even heat distribution with a quick response time with a minimal increase in floor height.

The clients have opted for a sophisticated control system that manages both the underfloor heating and the cooling system. Comfort, user friendliness and temperature control for each individual room of a home can be combined through the various components.
