The four-star Visit England approved holiday village complex on the Selsey peninsula saw a multi-million pound investment in a new head office, main visitor reception and entertainment complex including shop and sports bar.

The team installed underfloor heating into multiple areas throughout the building, a straight-forward install for us, however there were areas where our manifolds were shared so we needed to create additional channels within the concrete to enable us to form a direct pipe route without disturbing the other services.
