Hailsham Primary Academy is a new state-of-the-art primary
and nursery school, creating 420 places to serve the North
Hailsham community.

This award-winning project was built off-site in Germany and delivered in phases in a project that took just 44 weeks to complete. Therfore, our design had to align in timing with German production to keep to the deadline.

Our popular MERCURY Atlas system was used throughout the lower and upper floors, providing a quick, flexible and simple solution for heating within a screed floor. MERCURY P16 pipe was used and held in place by staples fixed to insulation. Finally tamperproof thermostats were installed, the ideal solution for schools or public areas where maintaining a set temperature is required.
