This third phase of the unique Mount Wise development in Plymouth introduces a new era of waterside living to this stunning redevelopment of the former military headquarters.

Leeward House blends urban living with the waterside in a collection of contemporary 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and penthouses creatively arranged over six floors. Working with the Mechanical Contractor UFHN delivered every floor of apartments on time incorporating low- temperature towelrails in the bathrooms run through the UFH manifolds and control system.

UFHN worked closely with the Contractor every step of the way, providing a seamless install.
