Manor Place is a mixture of historical buildings and features a grade ll listed building, originally constructed in 1898 as public bathing pools and a wash house. Regarded as a heritage asset by the local community, the development is combining a mix of residential and commercial properties.

Working closely with the developer, UFHN LTD are installing a full floor package that included an 10mm HD10+ acoustic layer, 25mm EPS insulation and 40mm Gyvlon Thermio screed; and of course the underfloor heating system.
