11 team members from UFHN are gearing up for an exciting challenge as they prepare to participate in the Bournemouth Supersonic 5K on October 7th 2023. The event will see UFHN team members race against the clock to raise funds for Mosaic – supporting bereaved children.
The Bournemouth Supersonic 5K is renowned for its fun atmosphere and stunning coastal route with the event starting at dusk, taking in the sights of the promenade, Bournemouth Pier and finishing in the lower gardens. UFHN’s dedicated team are not only looking forward to the race but is also committed to making a positive impact on the community by supporting Mosaic.
Mosaic – Supporting Bereaved Children is a charity that provides essential support to families living with the challenges of bereavement, loss and life-changing illness. Through a range of valuable services and programmes, Mosaic helps families navigate difficult times.
UFHN has a long-standing tradition of community involvement and charitable giving. Their decision to participate in the Bournemouth Supersonic 5K aligns perfectly with their mission to make a difference in the lives of those in need. By taking on this challenge, UFHN aims to raise both awareness and funds for Mosaic, ensuring the organisation can continue its vital work.
“We are thrilled to be part of the Bournemouth Supersonic 5K and to support Mosaic,” said Paul Lines, UFHN Managing Director. Mosaic’s dedication to helping families during their most challenging moments is truly inspiring and we want to do our part to contribute to their mission”.
UFHN encourages supporters, friends and members of the community to join them in their goal to raise funds for Mosaic. Donations can be made directly through the UFHN team’s fundraising page, where every contribution no matter how small, will make a difference.
