What makes this development interesting is the existing building was the original Blockbuser HQ and due to its age and listed status has presented a number of challenges which have been overcome by all that have been involved.

There were a number of requirements and floor constructions used in this install with a mixture of screed and floating floors. Vaulted ceilings in the upper floors resulted in overlay systems as there was no sub-floor space. As floor height was also limited, UFHN designed a system using MERCURY minitec to provide the best output results whilst keeping the build-up to a minimum.
