Oakdale Care home is a brand new, purpose-built facility for residential, nursing and dementia care. It has been designed to create a beautiful home environment for all its residents.

UFHN were delighted to design, supply and install a MERCURY ATLAS underfloor heating system for screeded floor into all 3 floors of the 84 luxury en-suite bedrooms, communal areas, cinema, treatment rooms and nursing stations.

152 Heatmiser tamperproof thermostats were installed so the managment team can easily control the ambient, all-year-round temperature with no risk to the residents and 17 manifolds were positioned throughout the facility to deliver a faultless system.
